Here at Soul Better by Chelsey Joy LLC I am here to make it right no matter what. Due to the nature of artificial nails and the custom ordering process I offer at Soul Better Nails, I do not participate in refunds.

All Sales Final – No Returns, Refunds, or Exchanges.

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations for any reason once your order has been placed and processed. This includes change-of-mind, incorrect size/color selection, or any other customer preference.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

You have reviewed the product description, specifications, and any photos carefully.
No refunds or returns will be issued after shipment.
Basic Consumer Rights per local state laws and arbitration apply.

Exceptions (if any) will be clearly stated on the product page or in writing from us prior to purchase. Otherwise, this "all sales final" policy applies to every transaction.
