Shipping Policy

Processing & Shipping Time Orders are typically processed within 2-3 weeks due to the handcrafted nature of Soul Better Nails, and all orders will start processing once payment is received and verified. Processing times may be longer during peak periods, holidays, or due to unforeseen circumstances. Once processed, orders are handed over to our chosen shipping carrier. Soul Better Nails chooses USPS for parcel delivery.

Shipping Methods & Carriers

We ship using USPS. Shipping options and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout and depend on your location, order size, and selected method. All delivery estimates are approximate and not guaranteed.

Shipping Costs:

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, destination, and selected carrier/service. We do not mark up shipping fees beyond actual carrier charges unless otherwise stated.

Risk of Loss & Liability:

Title and risk of loss for all products pass to you upon our handover of the package to the shipping carrier (e.g., when the carrier scans or accepts the package for transport). Once the carrier takes possession of your order, we assume no further responsibility or liability for the shipment. This includes (but is not limited to): Loss, Theft, Damage, Delay, and Misdelivery. Any other issues that can occur during transit or delivery? We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from shipping-related issues after the carrier has possession.

If your package is lost, damaged, or delayed in transit, you should file any claim directly with the shipping carrier using the provided tracking information. We will provide reasonable assistance (such as proof of shipment or value) where required by the carrier, but we are not obligated to resolve or compensate for carrier-related issues.

 

All Sales Final – No Returns, Refunds, or Exchanges. All sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations for any reason once your order has been placed and processed. This includes change-of-mind, incorrect size/color selection, or any other customer preference.

 

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that: You have reviewed the product description, specifications, and any photos carefully. No refunds or returns will be issued after shipment. Exceptions (if any) will be clearly stated on the product page or in writing from us prior to purchase. Otherwise, this "all sales final" policy applies to every transaction.

 

We [do not] ship internationally at this time.

 

For international orders (once available): You are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, import fees, and brokerage charges. We have no control over and assume no liability for customs delays, seizures, or additional costs imposed by your country's authorities. Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Please monitor your shipment and contact the carrier directly for status updates or issues.
